We quickly developed a plan in collaboration with the client to provide the right balance of capability and discretion. Our operations plan and assignment instructions ensured consistency across all venues, supported by a dedicated operative working at each event to build familiarity and trust with performing artists.

As the season progressed, the requirement expanded to include services such as dog handling and asset protection.

The Outcome - We delivered assertively and at pace during a challenging first event, scaling our teams and working collaboratively with other providers throughout the season. Issues were managed discreetly and confidence grew with each event, demonstrating our ability to adapt and deliver high-quality support, even as client needs evolved.

The Challenge - Los Angeles > Paris > London > Monaco > Holland… Close Protection Medical Support with an ever-changing agenda of a client, their already established security team and what they wanted our presence to look like.

Our Approach - From planning and completing a medical needs assessment, looking at what we can offer by means of support and recognising where we may need further support and resources.

We discussed with the client’s manager and their security team how they wanted us to operate in terms of discretion, visibility, availability and presence. One day, this was completely discreet, a small rucksack; the next, it was a fully equipped ambulance with the support of one of our strategic partnerships.

The Outcome - Our approach was transparent, enabled and championed accountability, it developed trust and proved our worth with a subsequent, unavoidable admission to a private hospital.
