    Alderney - Remote Medical Support

    Delivering ambulance support to a remote island of 2,500 people in the Channel Island. Protracted treatment periods, limited clinical resources and diagnostic equipment. Building resilience in the local communities and supporting new service develop.

    Arctic Ultra Marathon

    4,200 miles from home. 200miles from the nearest medical facility. Supporting athletes taking part in one of the world’s toughest ultra-marathons. Battling minus 40-degree temperatures and a totally different beast - with limited healthcare provisions and logistical issues.

    Providing security and medical support for the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Working with a large team of international professionals and local nationals to deliver operational security.

    Providing Medical Command and Major Incident Training in the deserts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, supporting on the worlds largest festivals rivaling Coachella and Glastonbury. Developing skills and resilience for the local medical teams to ensure festival goers are well cared for.

Case Study: From comprehensive planning, operational medical support and delivering prestigious weddings

The Challenge - We’re used to handling busy weddings and corporate events, but this one came with a few added pressures. More than half the guests were children, and the venue covered a large estate with lots of movement throughout the day. We knew this would require careful planning and a bit more resource than usual.

Our Approach - As always, we worked closely with the client, suppliers and our team to put a safe and practical plan in place.
For this event, we:

  • Increased our medical provision with qualified staff who already understood how we operate

  • Brought in an experienced team to manage safety and security across the estate

  • Strengthened communication on site using our responder bags and Starlink connection to keep everyone linked up

This setup meant we could stay coordinated and respond quickly wherever we were needed.

The Outcome - The event ran smoothly across a long and active day. A few issues cropped up, but they were dealt with quickly through good communication with the client. The children remained safe, and the wider event stayed on track.

It was also a good opportunity to trial a new Project Lead. The complexity of the day gave them plenty to manage, and they handled it well.

Key Takeaway - Even the most complex events run smoothly when preparation, communication and the right people come together. By scaling our resources, strengthening on‑site coordination and empowering emerging leaders, we turned a challenging brief into a seamless, safe and memorable experience for everyone involved.

Case Study: Delivering Flexible Artist and Backstage Security Across a Summer Concert Series

The Challenge - Delivering a last-minute requirement for artist and backstage security across a summer concert series, following several highlighted risks.

Our Approach -

We quickly developed a plan in collaboration with the client to provide the right balance of capability and discretion. Our operations plan and assignment instructions ensured consistency across all venues, supported by a dedicated operative working at each event to build familiarity and trust with performing artists.

As the season progressed, the requirement expanded to include services such as dog handling and asset protection.

The Outcome - We delivered assertively and at pace during a challenging first event, scaling our teams and working collaboratively with other providers throughout the season. Issues were managed discreetly and confidence grew with each event, demonstrating our ability to adapt and deliver high-quality support, even as client needs evolved.

Key Takeaway - Reliable, discreet and adaptable support ensures our clients can focus on performance while we take care of security.

Case Study: Comprehensive Close Protection Medical Support to VIPs

The Challenge - Los Angeles > Paris > London > Monaco > Holland… Close Protection Medical Support with an ever-changing agenda of a client, their already established security team and what they wanted our presence to look like.

Our Approach - From planning and completing a medical needs assessment, looking at what we can offer by means of support and recognising where we may need further support and resources.

We discussed with the client’s manager and their security team how they wanted us to operate in terms of discretion, visibility, availability and presence. One day, this was completely discreet, a small rucksack; the next, it was a fully equipped ambulance with the support of one of our strategic partnerships.

The Outcome - Our approach was transparent, enabled and championed accountability, it developed trust and proved our worth with a subsequent, unavoidable admission to a private hospital.

Key Takeaway - This level of service is highly personal, so speaking to the clients on a personal level shows not only that we can adapt and support them, but that we actually do care.
